Reflections is a program that you run inside your Windows or Macintosh computer's web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari). The program comes in two varieties:
A guide is someone who uses the Reflections software product for one or more other people who will not be using it themselves. Typical situations are where a child (or grand-child) essentially interviews their elder, inputting their answers into Reflections for them; or an attendant at a retirement or elderly care facility who interviews various residents or patients and inputs each of their responses into Reflections for them.
In all cases, the Guide can invite their wards' family members and friends to view their information, just as a regular individual user could.
The main difference here is that the Ward does not use the program by themselves at all. They typically do not have access to a computer, cannot use one, or simply do not want to use one.
Guides are licensed on a per-ward basis with discounted rates available for multiple wards.
